General Terms of Service
- For everyones protection, all valuables must be removed from the vehicle before any auto repair work begins.
- There is no guarantee that the squealing in your brakes will go away unless:
A. We replace brake pads and rotors
B. Use premium quality parts
- Extra parts are sometimes required that may not have originally been accounted for in the original estimate, such as fluids that need topped off, gaskets that are brittle, etc.
- IF more repair is required that what was originally anticipated by your mobile mechanic, then the original repairs must be paid for before the rest of the work begins.
- We will need a signed statement from you that authorizes us to perform the work on your vehicle and will be presented to you at the time of service or can be sent electronically to your email.
- Payment in full is expected on completion of repairs. Vehicles will be released upon full payment.

Diagnostic Terms of Service
We want each and every encounter with our customers to be as satisfying as possible. By providing transparency, our mission of professional, reliable, superior and affordable service can be achieved.
1. If you don't know/ aren't sure exactly what work your vehicle needs - a diagnostic fee may be necessary. Many troubleshoot techniques & equipment are used to dial in the diagnosis.
2. Due to the nature of diagnostics, the minimum diagnostic fee starts at $100.
This includes an onsite diagnostic.
We operate with the industry leading tools to get to the bottom of the issues, often eliminating the need for unnecessary parts replacements.
3. The minimum diagnostic fee is due up front and the procedures cannot be performed before the deposit is made.
4. If it's determined that advanced diagnosis is required, (example: cylinder leak-down test which takes anywhere between 1-4hrs ) then additional fees may be applied.
5. All diagnosis fees are non-refundable. You will receive all reports of discovered results.
6. If the work is not performed that day and another trip is required to complete the work, there will be a $25 trip fee assessed in addition to the total repair cost.
